Start viewing new construction homes in the Indianapolis Metro real estate market. When meeting with your New Home Consultant, we ask that you complete a home profile sheet, cost estimator and sign a contract with the builder that is contingent upon an acceptable Guarantee Sale with David Brenton’s Team. Your New Home Consultant will send these to our office.
At that time, a Team Member from our office will contact you about selling your home. You will be scheduled with a time to walk through your home with David Brenton and a follow-up appointment that will address how your home fits into the overall Indianapolis real estate market.
The first appointment is a walk through of your home and an opportunity for David to gather information about your home. At this time a visual evaluation of the home is completed and you will receive a packet of information and forms that will be completed when you list your home for sale.
Before your second appointment, David will thoroughly research your local real estate market. He will present you with the information that he has compiled and will supply you with a comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). You will receive a Seller’s Net Sheet which will help you determine if the Guaranteed Sale Program is right for you. If you choose to accept the Guarantee, you will sign the Guarantee Sale Agreement and a Listing Contract with David Brenton’s Team to list and sell your home.
With the contracts in place, we will begin the process of marketing your home for sale. Click here for more information about David Brenton’s Team Marketing Plan.
We arrange and pay for a home inspection on your property. The inspection is a mandatory part of the Guaranteed Sale Program. By completing the inspection at the beginning of the process, we are able to address any issues a potential buyer might have.
After the inspection results are reviewed by you and David Brenton’s Team, a list of required repairs may be determined. If repairs are required, we will send you a letter and ask you to responds within 7 days. By signing the letter, you are agreeing to complete the repairs within a given time frame. Once the inspection response is accepted, the inspection contingency will be removed from your building contract and construction will begin.
In approximately 150 days, you will be moving!
