Centrally located within Marion County, Downtown Indianapolis and Center Township play host to a variety of businesses

Downtown Indianapolis is home to the Lucas Oil Stadium: home of the Indianapolis Colts (NFL), Conseco Fieldhouse: home to the Indiana Pacers (NBA) & Indiana Fever (WNBA), and Victory Field: home to the minor league Indianapolis Indians. the Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS). With over 35,000 students, IPS is the largest school district in the state. The district has five high schools: Arlington High School, Arsenal Technical High School, Broad Ripple High School, Emmerich Manual High School and Northwest High School. There are fifteen middle schools, fifty elementary schools and a variety of alternative schools.
Center Township real estate varies from the high priced downtown condos to the quaint Victorian homes of Fountain Square and Garfield Park. Indianapolis offers world-class cuisine and shopping at the Circle Centre Mall as well as numerous boutiques and eclectic shops along
