Most neighborhoods in the Indianapolis and Greenwood community have restrictive covenants. These restrictions help to provide a consistent presentation of a neighborhood and an attempt to maintain the home values. It is important to keep in mind that many homes located in neighborhoods have Covenants & Restrictions that should be reviewed carefully to verify that any plans you have for the home are allowed in the neighborhood you are thinking about buying a home in. Items such as pools, privacy fences, parking on the street overnight, etc are usually addressed in these Covenants & Restrictions. The neighborhoods are sorted alphabetically.
