Sarah Smith is the Office Manager . Her effervescent personality shines through when she is assisting clients. Through her attention to detail and extensive experience in client care, Sarah is able to support clients in all aspects of the real estate process.

Sherry Caldwell is the Listing Manager for the Team and has been working in real estate since 2007. Sherry loves assisting our clients with the home selling process and serves as the main point of contact during the listing period and manages all of the transactional details from initial call through closing. Liz Naue is the REO Manager. She works with our corporate clients in the disposition of their foreclosure assets. Liz also assists our sellers in negotiating short sale terms with their lenders and works with clients to manage their residential rental properties.

Mark Brenton is the Property Assistant. Mark works for the Team coordinating the outdoor marketing, providing vacant checks for property owners who are out of the area and assisting with photography updates of our listings. Kate Godfrey is Operations Manager for David Brenton’s Team. She provides direction and accountability for the Team as a whole and for each member of the Team individually. Jane Brenton is a part time Team member and David’s full time wife. They have been happily married since 1978 and can even tolerate working together. Jane assists the team with her bookkeeping and accounting skills.
